Video made in the framework of the European Social Dialogue.
The video introduces the Best Value Guide, jointly developed by companies and unions of the cleaning industry in Europe. The Guide provides criteria to assist private and public organizations that hire cleaning services so that they may select a quality service that respects working conditions, instead of simply choosing the least expensive service, which frequently entails precarious work.
The video is part of the dissemination of the Guide and is used by both business chambers and unions.
